Billing cycles vary depending on the subscription plan you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
For the 1-month plan, you will be billed every month on the same date as your initial purchase.
For 3- and 6-month plans, billing follows the same cycle, charged on the same date as your original purchase for each renewal period.
These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Moncha does not include these fees in the product or shipping price.
If applicable, you may be required to pay these charges upon delivery.

All payments for Moncha products and services are final and non-refundable.
As Moncha curates perishable snacks and sweets, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming delivery.
Once a subscription has been renewed, the charge is non-refundable.
If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks from the shipping date, please contact us.
Missing or lost orders must be reported within 6 weeks from the shipping confirmation date to be eligible for review and possible reimbursement.
